Q: What Is The Parking Situation At Grand Galvez?
A: We offer valet parking for $25/night plus tax. This allows unlimited in/out access 24-hours/day. Additionally, guests have the option to self park their vehicle in our adjacent parking garage for $15/day plus tax.

Q: How Does Cruise Parking Work?
A: Guests that choose to stay at the hotel prior to their cruise can do so and be shuttled to the port. They valet park the night that they stay at the hotel and are transported from Grand Galvez to and from the cruise port. Shuttle reservations should be made at the valet staff. We recommend that you make this reservation when checking in to the hotel. Parking during the cruise is $60 plus tax for the duration of the cruise.

Q: Do You Offer Airport Transportation?
A: The hotel does not offer transportation to and from the airport. A taxi or Super Shuttle would be the best option.


Q: What Is Your Cancellation Policy?
A: Cancellations should be made at least 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a fee of one night's room/tax.** Advance Purchase and other non-refundable reservations may not be cancelled due to the nature of the reservation. These reservations require full payment and cannot be amended once booked.

Q: What Is Check-In Time?
A: 4PM

Q: Can I Check In Earlier Than 4PM?
A: Guests are free to arrive anytime on the day of arrival. If a room is available the Front Desk is happy to check you in. However, if one is not ready Bell Staff will be happy to store your luggage until the room becomes available.

Q: What Time Is Check-Out?
A: 11 AM

Q: Can I Request A Late Check Out?
A: Late check outs are granted based on availability. Please see the Front Desk for details.

Q: Do you allow professional photography to be taken on the grounds?
A: Photography sessions must be scheduled and granted in advance. A liability waiver must be completed, and there is a fee of $250 per hour. Photographers should call the hotel directly to make arrangements

Q: Are You Pet Friendly?
A: The hotel does not accept pets.


Q: Are There Microwaves And Refrigerators In The Rooms?
A: A portion of our guest rooms offer small refrigerators. They are also available upon request. We do not offer microwaves.

Q: Do You Have A Pool?
A: Yes, our pool is open from 7 am to 11 pm daily.

Q: Do You Have A Spa?
A: Yes, The Spa at Grand Galvez is open daily. We recommend that you schedule your service in advance by calling (409) 515-2100.

Q: Do You Have A Restaurant And Bar On Site?
A: Yes, Galvez Bar & Grill is open daily. Breakfast is served from 6:30 am to 11 am and lunch is served from 11:30 am to 2 pm Monday through Saturday. On Sunday, breakfast is served from 6:30 am to 10:30 am. Dinner is served daily from 5 to 10 pm. Galvez Bar is open daily from 11 am to midnight on Sunday through Thursday and from 11 am to 1 am on Friday and Saturday.
